Film and photography can be one of the most difficult areas to master, and with social media platforms and high quality content streaming 24/7 it is more important than ever to ensure that your client’s home stands out from the rest.

We can work with you to tailor a package to suit your client’s needs and minimise the disruption of having multiple appointments to photograph, video, and even measure the house for floor plans. We can do it all in one visit and provide an exceptionally high quality service, keeping your clients happy and helping the process of selling their home be as stress-free as possible.
We also offer a convenient booking system to allow you to book on the spot with your clients, finding a time that suits both of your busy schedules.
Capturing your audience through film.
We all know that video drives engagement. Real Estate listings with videos receive three times more traffic and four times more enquiries than a regular listing. Despite this, only 9% of real estate agents are using film to advertise. Even fewer are doing it well. When you provide high quality video content showcasing your real estate properties, it makes even more of a statement. We can partner with you to make that happen.
Our packages are a good starting point for Real Estate and Holiday Rentals, and include travel within Canberra, Goulburn, and the Southern Highlands. We are happy to provide a travel quote for all other locations, and do provide discounts for multiple bookings within the one day.
Film Package ($450)
This package is ideal if you already work with a photographer but want to build upon your client offering to provide a video service.
As well as providing a 120 sec video for the online listing, this package includes a 10 sec social media video to allow you to give a sneak preview of the home, engage your followers, and reach a greater audience.
Photo + Film ($650)
As well as the inclusions from our film package, we include aerial video and stills of the home in the feature video, and an addition 10 sec social media video with aerial footage.
Up to 25 internal and external stills are also included, allowing you to package together photography, videography, and aerial footage into one booking, saving time for you and your client.
Premium Package ($850)
If you really want your listing to stand out, our premium package includes everything from the Photo + Film Package, with the addition of floor plan measurement and graphic design, or a facelift of your existing floor plan to better fit the branding of your sales listing.
It also includes an introduction or voiceover from the Agent, with professional voice recording, or a professional voiceover service.
